In the previous modules the aim was to increase your motivation to exercise in general. In this module the emphasis lies on exercises to maintain and improve your flexibility and coordination as well as a secure footing. The exercises are simple and easy to execute. We would recommend that you include them into your daily routine. That way you can maintain the flexibility of your body and will be as self-reliant as possible.
