For many older people the issue of falls is associated with many worries. After experiencing a fall many people try to avoid specific situations as they fear the possbility of falling again. This leads to a vicious circles which strongly affects the quality of life, as the behaviour of avoidance ("Maybe I should not leave the house today") can also lead to social isolation
