2. Staying active

How in motion is your daily life?
Hand on heart, how often do you prefer the glare of your computer or tv to the natural light of being outside? And is shopping for groceries not much comfortabler by car than on foot? There are many situations in which we could be more active! Many people associate physical activity solely with sports and about one third of the elderly people cannot stand the idea of sport.

But activity does not only take place at the fitness studio or on the sports field. We would like to illustrate how your daily life can be more active.
